Alongside Distribution Excellence, Vehicle Lifecycle Services are an important driver of Inchcape’s business globally. And alongside our OEM partners, we know how much convenience matters to customers. With this in mind, our team from Inchcape Poland has developed a new way for BMW customers to leave their car to get serviced in the centre of Warsaw.
Committed to customer excellence, our team in Poland has introduced a convenient service process for BMW customers. Now, customers can drop their vehicle to be serviced in a well-known office building, Varso Tower, in the centre of Warsaw, rather than travelling to a service centre and perhaps away from their workplace. Instead of queueing behind other people, customers leave their vehicle in Varso’s car park, check in for the service and leave their keys at an automated dropbox, ready to go about their day in the centre of Warsaw.
Using their smartphone, customers then get regular updates on the progress of their vehicle’s service and notification of when it’s ready to collect.
For maximum convenience, customers can schedule their service online and use this facility 24/7 to leave and collect their vehicle at a time that suits them.
Witold Wcislo, Country Manager Poland said: ‘As our customer base continues to grow, we remain committed to anticipating what people want and then delivering it. ‘Aftersales is a really important part of what we do and as well as communicating with customers before their vehicle’s service is due, we want to make the actual process as smooth as possible and our service point at Varso is doing just that.’
The key aim of our team in Inchcape Poland is to make sure customers are contacted before the maintenance service visit is needed, at the end of the warranty period or when the technical issue is reported by the OEM so we stay on top of their needs and are proactive in our responses.
Thank you to our team in Poland for their fantastic efforts and dedication. Your hard work and customer-first approach ensures that we stay ahead in aftersales and service.
